CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – DevOps position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months
Duties:
Design, implement, and maintain DevOps practices to support enterprise-level application development and deployment.
Administer and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.
Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated application delivery.
Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure stable, scalable, and secure application operations.
Monitor application performance, availability, and system health; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Implement and enforce security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards across environments.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
Skills:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role managing enterprise-level applications.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration, including installation, configuration, backup, and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using relevant tools (e.g., Jenkins, Adobe On-Premise).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security practices, and system administration.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, application support, or systems engineering roles within complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting production environments and resolving performance, availability, and deployment issues.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
