Associate Application Developer

Location: Remote, must be comfortable working PST or CST hours

What You Will Do:

• Participate in the full software development life cycle: design, development, unit/load testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Build windows-based applications.
• Maintain existing applications, fix errors, improve the performance deploy the code using ADO pipelines to different environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Quality assurance team to ensure code meets business requirements.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile practices and task tracking (e.g., ADO boards).

What You Will Bring: 

• Experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET (MVC/WebForms), WPF
• Experience with WCF services
• Experience with LINQ-to-SQL, ADO.NET, Entity Framework
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience with Visual Studio
• 0–2 years of experience in .NET development (internships or academic projects acceptable).
• Exposure to unit testing and basic debugging.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Knowledge of enhancing and debugging SQL queries
• Willingness to learn and adapt to enterprise standards.
