Position Overview:
A meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects.
The ideal consultant will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.
Pay Rate: $44.62/Hour.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
Post–go-live optimization, Automation, adoption, and reporting
Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
Ensure all testing documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Higher Logic community upgrades.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
