Executive Assistant

Strong written and spoken English skills. 2+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. identify optimization opportunities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO recommendations to stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

Manage executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders. Organize files, records, and databases. Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations. Assist in planning and executing special projects or events. Build and maintain strong working relationships. Facilitate internal and external communication. Coordinate logistics, gather resources, and communicate updates. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Track project timelines and milestones. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and communications. Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients. Anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
