Position Title: Sales Virtual Assistant

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Were looking for a driven and articulate Cold Caller / Salesperson to help us connect with potential clients and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is experienced in outbound sales, confident on the phone, and skilled in researching and qualifying leads through various online tools.

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Send personalized follow-up emails to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Research target markets and identify key decision-makers using online databases, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and communications in our CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings set).
  • The Sales VA will create simple reports on new contacts, including information like Client Name, Phone Number, Email, and any follow-ups needed.
  • Collaborate with the Client on special tasks, including simple promotional campaigns within a given start and end date.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or cold calling (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Tech literate and comfortable using tools such as CRMs, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and online research platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar lead generation tools.
  • Background in the Promotional and B2B service industry.
  • Familiarity with systems like Sage Promotional CRM.
