As they continue to expand, they're looking for a talented Front End Developer to join their team and elevate the user experience of their platform.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs. You'll collaborate closely with our back-end and full-stack developers to bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring that our users have a seamless and visually appealing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
  • Create and implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, DataTables, and JQuery.
  • Work with Laravel Blade templates to build and refine the front-end components of our platform.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional, beautiful interfaces.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Optimization & Testing:
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Optimize front-end code for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Utilize Laravel Forge, GitHub, and other tools in our tech stack to manage and deploy front-end code.
  • Use monitoring tools such as Cloudflare, Sentry.io, and New Relic to identify and resolve front-end performance issues.
  • Collaborate using our productivity suite (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Jira, Zoho Desk & CRM) to manage projects and communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your front-end design and development work.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, JQuery, and DataTables.
  • Experience working with PHP, Laravel Blade templates, and integrating front-end components with back-end systems.
• Design Skills:
  • Strong design sense with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability.
  • Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Familiarity with version control using GitHub and deployment processes with Laravel Forge.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based infrastructure, preferably with hosting on Akamai.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
  • Self-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and integrating data-driven components into the UI.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Cloudflare, Sentry.io, and New Relic for front-end performance optimization.
• Experience working in agile development environments using tools like Jira and Trello.
