Assignment Description

This assignment centers on delivering advanced o9 supply chain planning solutions for large, international organizations. The role involves defining solution architecture, steering implementation teams, and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure planning systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on Supply Planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for o9 implementations, focusing on Supply Planning

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions

• Define architecture principles, target-state designs, and solution roadmaps

• Guide functional and configuration teams through design and implementation phases

• Ensure solutions balance business efficiency, system performance, security, and compliance

• Oversee detailed design activities and coordinate with Configuration Leads and Functional Consultants

• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to shape future-state systems

• Apply structured delivery methodologies, best practices, and documentation standards

• Act as a trusted advisor on supply chain planning and o9 solution strategies

Requirements

Must Have

• 12+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in o9 Solutions

• 5+ years in a Solution Architect role on o9 implementations

• Experience in one or more supply chain planning domains: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP

• Proven ability to configure, customize, and integrate o9 platforms

• Proficiency in SQL or IBPL (o9-specific)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Strategic mindset with experience designing scalable solutions

• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Python and interface/integration design

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts

• Comfortable working collaboratively in complex, global environments
