Job description

Overview

Razor is looking for a Salesforce Developer to provide support to the client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization. Develop rapid prototypes, present demos of platform capabilities, and implement solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate directly with all levels of the client organization, leveraging strong communication skills. Lead major technical phases of significant projects, coordinate technical staff, review completion of technical products, evaluate vendor capabilities, and assist with training junior software engineers.

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field; computer science, information technology, engineering, electronics

Clearance Requirements

Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance.

Onsite Requirements

Remote.

Responsibilities

Support Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise environment.
Develop rapid prototypes and deliver demonstrations of SFDC functionality.
Implement solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Coordinate major technical phases of significant projects.
Oversee work of technical support staff and ensure successful project execution.
Review and assess completion of technical products and vendor capabilities.
Assist in training junior software engineering staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server).
5+ years of experience developing with LWC, Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript.
5+ years of experience developing on SFDC or Force.com platform.
3+ years of experience architecting SFDC or Force.com solutions.
5+ years of experience implementing call center and case management solutions on SFDC.
3+ years of experience with version control tools (GitHub or Bitbucket).
Experience customizing Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components, Lightning Design System, Apex, and declarative tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Desired Skills

Salesforce Administrator certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
