*This candidate must be based out of the Miami, FL area
A production level position that is responsible for the preparation of site investigation reports and carrying out the permitting procedures.
Requirements:
A Permitting Coordinator must have one (1) year’s customer service experience.
This position requires superior communication, both written and verbal are necessary. Knowledge of basic site development procedures, basic understanding of construction plans, mathematical skills and map reading are essential. Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to drive long distances and work long hours as required. The physical demands described herein must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Ability to work overtime (40+ hours) as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
