Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Lead to drive end-to-end validation of enterprise data platforms and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in data testing, complex data validation, performance testing of batch processes, and a technical understanding of modern data ecosystems, including Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, and Databus architectures.
This role requires a blend of leadership, deep data analysis skills, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performance-optimized data pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on Data Testing.
Hands-on experience in data warehouse and ETL testing.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex validation queries.
Experience validating structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML).
Knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably Azure Data Lake.
Experience with API and integration testing using tools like MuleSoft.
Strong understanding of batch performance testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure ecosystem (ADF, Synapse, Databricks).
Exposure to automation frameworks for data validation.
Banking, telecom, or large enterprise data platform experience preferred.
