Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for customer success and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate has:

2+ years of experience in customer service
2+ years of remote work experience
Previous experience managing high call volume, high client and/or account volume
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with all aspects of the client experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service throughout their matchmaking journey. Your responsibilities include:

Assist with managing client relationships: Regularly communicate with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored matchmaking services
Assist with selecting and presenting high-quality matches that align with client expectations
Coordinating dates and maintaining ongoing client engagement
Balancing daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support
Providing coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey

This is a remote position
