CREATIVE STRATEGIST

About the Role
The Creative Strategist will be in charge of launching large volumes of ads and obsessing over performance. You’ll work side-by-side with designers and video editors — ideating, improving, and pushing out new concepts weekly. You’ll live inside dashboards. You’ll dissect why an ad works (or doesn’t). You’ll obsess over hooks, headlines, and ideas that convert. This role blends creativity and analysis. You’re tech-savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets, and unafraid to learn new tools or AI workflows. You can manage dozens of ads in motion without losing track of what matters: results.

What You'll Do
● Review creative performance daily and turn insights into new ad ideas
● Own end-to-end the Paid Social Media creative execution.
● Write and edit ad briefs: hooks, headlines, scripts, and copy
● Continuously research and develop new angles, hooks, and messaging based on audience insights
● Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce your vision, fast
● Benchmark competitors and spot emerging creative trends
● Organize and maintain a creative testing roadmap
● Embrace AI tools to speed up research and ideation

Requirements
● 2+ years of experience managing and analyzing social media campaigns for consolidated brands
● 2+ years of experience dealing with Meta Ads
● Professional English (written and spoken)
