Job description

Hi,

Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer

Location: USA / Canada (Remote)
Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce APIs.
Proven ability to design, customize, and integrate complex Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise business processes.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
Skilled in Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, version control, sandbox management) and agile delivery.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one of Marketing, Experience, or Health Cloud.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across onshore/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect).
Experience in multi-org environments and enterprise-level implementations.
Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or Salesforce Data Cloud.
