Title: Data Analyst III
Location: Remote, US (EST zone)
Contact Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $65-$68/hr on W2
 
Must have skills:

  • Confidentiality - this is HR data that this person will be handling.
  • Design, build and delivery of Impact Reports from multiple data sources.
  • Work in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME
  • Management of program surveys strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors.
  • Monitor and integration of operational & system-output success measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams.
  • Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team.
  • Build/maintain process documentation and actively research ways to enhance our data framework and operations.
  • Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs & automations) and Google slides.
  • Analytical and systemic thinking to proactively and effectively identify and plan for interdependencies.
  • Sound logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and confidence presenting to leaders.

Job Description

Within ES, the Agentic Talent Experience team is seeking a (data) driven, analytical and highly skilled professional to fill our Data Contractor role.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build/evolve a success measures model & roadmap to assess and showcase the impact of the Agentic Talent Experience (ATE) team.
  • ATE V2MOM tracking and reporting, including consolidation and processing of multiple data sources.
  • Design, build and delivery of Impact Reports in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME.
  • Management of program surveys strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors.
  • Monitoring and integration of operational & system-output success measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams.
  • Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team.
  • Build/maintain process documentation and actively research ways to enhance our data framework and operations.
  • Play an active role in enabling the broader ATE team in data literacy.
  • Consult the business for data requirements and translate requirements to data.
  • Help strategize on the data narrative and turn number & narrative into executive level slides/visuals.
  • Experiment with incorporate AI in your flow of work and share what you learn with the team!
  • Partner with & help mentor a data analytics summer intern.
 
Requirements For Success
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources and/or analytics functions.
  • Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs & automations) and Google slides.
  • Analytical and systemic thinking to proactively and effectively identify and plan for interdependencies.
  • Sound logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and confidence presenting to Sr. leaders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work well under pressure, handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Be curious - understand the business problem we are trying to solve, ask questions if it's not clear.
  • Be a self-starter - someone who can work remotely and is passionate about data and their career.
  • Take the time to understand all of the data sets available
  • Get to know the stakeholders and collaborate with a lot of people to understand data requests and provide key data inputs with speed and accuracy.
  • Be comfortable with learning what’s in/out of scope for your role.
  • Minimal oversight and management - but plenty of people they can collaborate with - we just won't be micro managing them.
