Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution required.
• 2+ years relevant engineering experience, preferably in construction and civil engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools, such as CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), MATLAB, and ANSYS. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity in addressing complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. 
• Project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. 
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in engineering design, testing, and quality assurance. 
• Preferable: experience estimating, or a willingness to learn

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals effectively. 
• Perform engineering design, analysis, and calculations to solve technical challenges and meet project requirements.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and findings.
• Implement quality assurance processes, conduct testing and evaluations, and address product quality, performance, and safety issues.
