Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Optimizely)

At EX Squared LATAM, we collaborate with engineering-driven organizations to build and evolve scalable, business-critical digital platforms. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and .NET Core, and proven hands-on experience with Optimizely, capable of owning end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and digital experience layers.

This role is designed for a senior, hands-on engineer with strong technical judgment, autonomy, and accountability, comfortable operating across the full application lifecycle—from user-facing experiences and CMS-driven content to backend services and system integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, .NET Core.

• Develop and customize digital experiences using Optimizely (CMS / Digital Experience Platform).

• Implement content management, personalization, and digital experience features within Optimizely environments.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring scalable and efficient communication between systems.

• Contribute to the design and evolution of full-stack application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Apply clean code principles, modular design, and separation of concerns across frontend and backend layers.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Take ownership of assigned components and proactively contribute to technical improvements and engineering standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience working as a Full Stack Engineer in production environments with medium to high complexity systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with: React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript////C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Optimizely (CMS or Digital Experience Platform) in production environments.

• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, from frontend UI to backend services and integrations.

• Advanced understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles.

• Strong understanding of scalability, security, and maintainability principles across the full stack.

• Experience using Git in collaborative workflows.
