Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Identify potential solutions and improvement to our current workflow
  • Design, experiment and develop tailored solutions to automate our workflows operations and boost customer service
  • Utilise Zoho One Product Suite, and Zoho Creator to develop solutions that fit the growing requirements of our business ensuring we continue to service clients and candidates
  • Create Workflows, Automations Blueprints and Custom Actions to better serve our business needs
  • Integrate Zoho Applications and third-party tools to create seamless ecosystems
  • Be the first point of call for technical support concerning any Zoho Issues
  • Be the direct point of liaison between our team and Zoho Support
  • Responsible for project coordination of both maintenance and development projects to ensure the project is on track
  • Build, compile and provide reports to the team using Zoho Products


Requirements

SKILLS:
  • Experience with Zoho Product Suite required
  • Experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho Deluge required
  • Experience in Zoho Workflows, Blueprints and Custom Actions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience demonstrating resourcefulness
  • Experience with workflow improvement solutions
  • Ability to find solutions independently, anticipate challenges, and proactively address them
  • Trustworthiness to handle information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consistently deliver quality work.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience in a Zoho Development role or project
  • Strong experience with the Zoho Suite of Produts
