Developer Lead (Full-Stack)

Design and implement event-driven, serverless workflows on AWS (Lambda-first approach).

Integrate with acquiring and banking rails, external payment providers, and internal systems.

Optimise our stack for lower cost, lower latency, higher stability, and faster releases.

Reduce technical debt while improving reliability, observability, and security.

Contribute across the full stack: Node.js/TypeScript, Lambdas, DynamoDB, Aurora, JS/TS frontends.

Lead end-to-end execution: architecture → implementation → code reviews → release → monitoring → iteration.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Mentor the team, support clear engineering standards, and drive systematic quality improvements.

You have 3+ years of experience as a Lead Engineer (or similar high-ownership role).

You’re strong across backend and frontend — confident designing and shipping complex systems.

You have deep, production-grade AWS serverless experience and a clear system design mindset.

You use AI tools daily to speed up development, reduce routine work and improve outcomes.

You can break down complex integrations and deliver clean, maintainable architectures.

You make decisions with clarity, take ownership, and consistently raise engineering quality.

You’re comfortable in an English-speaking environment.

Nice to have: Go experience — or willingness to adopt it as parts of the platform evolve.
