Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA to manage, optimize, and maintain our database environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, reliability, and efficiency of our SQL Server databases while supporting development and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize MS SQL Server databases for performance and efficiency
Evaluate and report on database performance and metrics
Implement, manage, and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SQL Server environments
Assist with database architecture, including referential integrity (nice-to-have)
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to support database-related initiatives
Work with other database technologies as needed (e.g., MySQL, Azure SQL)

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (optimization, query tuning, performance evaluation)
Experience with SSIS for ETL processes
Proven experience in database support and maintenance
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating across teams
