Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  

• Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB
  

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes
  

• Create and maintain workflows and Flow Designer implementations
  

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  

• Implement ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
  

• Work on Service Portal customization
  

• Perform unit testing and support UAT
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
  

• Prepare technical documentation
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development
  

• Hands-on experience in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog
  

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP
  

• Experience in Integration with third-party tools
  

• Good understanding of ITIL processes
  

• Experience in Flow Designer & Integration Hub
  

• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade & patch management
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Preferred
  

• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) – Added Advantage
  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
