Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to take full ownership of day-to-day operations across their multi-brand e-commerce business within the natural beauty and wellness space. In recent years, they have experienced steady growth across multiple channels, making operational clarity, speed, and execution critical to their next phase.

The person in this role will be accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. They will be expected to make decisions with incomplete information, identify risks early, and take ownership of solving problems from start to finish. Success requires calm decision-making under pressure, strong judgment, and the ability to create clarity where processes are unclear or evolving.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational outcomes across multiple brands, including inventory, systems, and execution

  • Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment decisions to avoid stockouts or overstocks

  • Manage and optimize operational systems, including Shopify, inventory tools, Monday, and reporting dashboards

  • Oversee wholesale orders and maintain strong operational relationships

  • Drive cross-functional prioritization between inventory, customer service, marketing, and fulfillment

  • Identify operational risks early and proactively implement solutions

  • Create structure and clarity in processes that are undefined or inefficient

  • Ensure leadership has clear, timely visibility into priorities, risks, and performance

  • Make confident recommendations and decisions, even when full data is not available

  • Communicate proactively when tradeoffs, constraints, or risks arise



Requirements

  • Proven experience owning operations, inventory, or supply chain outcomes within an e-commerce or consumer product business

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data

  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make high-impact decisions

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and inventory management systems

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability

Qualifications

  • Background in operations, inventory management, or supply chain leadership

  • Ability to think in terms of risk, impact, and leverage

  • Comfortable acting independently and making decisions without constant oversight

  • Experience in natural beauty, wellness, or regulated consumer products is a plus, but not required
