This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to support their commercial construction operations.
Assist in managing and updating project schedules
Oversee document collection and maintain organized records
Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information)
Track and manage permit schedules
Conduct client follow-ups
Assist with AIA contract administration (experience is a plus)
Handle general construction office administrative tasks
Bachelor's degree in related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar)
Experience in commercial construction administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with ContractorForeman.com or similar CM software
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Proactive, self-starter attitude
Ability to work independently
AIA contract experience is a plus
Some marketing experience is a bonus (not required)
Full-time, 100% remote position
