Integration Architect

This is a remote position.

Overview :

Location: Remote- Canada(Preferred) & USA

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect with strong expertise in enterprise integration design and modern API-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency in MuleSoft, Spring Boot, and Java, along with proven experience working in customer-facing environments and collaborating with offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
  
• Lead enterprise API strategy and implementation using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  
• Develop and oversee integration services using Spring Boot and Java-based microservices architecture.
  
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present architectural solutions, and provide technical leadership.
  
• Collaborate effectively with offshore development teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  
• Define best practices, governance models, and integration standards across projects.
  
• Provide technical guidance, conduct design reviews, and ensure solution quality.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft platform.
  
• Solid expertise in Spring Boot and core Java development.
  
• Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
  
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  
• Prior experience in a direct customer-facing role with strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Demonstrated experience working with offshore teams in a distributed delivery model.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and solution articulation capabilities.
  

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD integration practices.
