Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Day-to-Day Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of Developers, QAs, and System Analysts, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  
• Provide continuous support and guidance to staff, addressing questions and queries related to ongoing projects.
  
• Develop and monitor Quantitative and Qualitative KPIs for the team, ensuring all team members meet their individual and collective performance indicators
  
• Monitor team workloads, manage leave schedules, and ensure an equitable distribution of tasks to maintain productivity.
  
• Support team members through project challenges, fostering a collaborative and problem-solving environment across teams.
  
• Facilitate and lead regular team meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions.
  
• Contribute to team decision-making and problem-solving initiatives.
  

Workflow, Project & Process Management:

• Manage and prioritize project pipelines, client requests, and provide clear project status reporting to stakeholders.
  
• Oversee and continually review ticketing system processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Coordinate all aspects of release management and deployment planning, including rollback strategies.
  
• Support Information Security projects and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  
• Assist in identifying and implementing AI and automation initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  

Coordination:

• Act as the primary communication bridge, fostering clear and effective dialogue between technical teams, administrative staff, product owners, and business leaders.
  
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and urgent calls as required.
  
• Champion transparent communication across all teams to minimize gaps and ensure alignment.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in team coordination, operations, or similar roles within a development or technology environment.
  
• At least 3 years of experience leading a development team
  
• At least 5 years of experience on frontend and backend development using C#, .NET Core, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JQuery
  
• Has strong understanding of API, MVC, Entity Framework and development standard practices
  
• Experience working with Generative AI, Agent, MCP is a big plus
  
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  
• Familiarity with development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development and leading dev team
  
• Familiarity with Git, and other version control systems.
  
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and deployment pipelines.
  
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
