Superintendent

Responsible for managing all onsite activities related to the installation of insulated metal

panels used in commercial and industrial refrigeration. Provide overall direction for field

installation of assigned projects, own direct responsibility for field labor, labor

coordination, quality control and safety on assigned projects.

• Experienced as a Superintendent or Foreman with proven supervision and
• management of employees in the area of cold storage construction projects industrial
• or commercial.
• Supervise and coordinate work activities for field personnel, ensure services provided
• meet quality standards and scheduling demands.
• Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons, and is jointly responsible
• with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and
• appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
• Evaluate work in progress to ensure insulation services performed meet scheduling,
• budget and quality standards.
