Job Description

The client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving solution architecture, mentoring teams, and ensuring best practices across the full software development lifecycle.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps teams, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on development using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Azure
  
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
  
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards
  
• Build and consume REST APIs and microservices
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps processes
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement
