This is a remote position.

General Admin

Join a fast-growing ABA services organization and play a key role in ensuring session notes are accurate, compliant, and billing-ready. As a General Admin, you’ll support the clinical and billing teams by reviewing and correcting documentation in CentralReach, helping maintain smooth operations behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy structured, process-driven work, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable and essential operational role.

What You'll Do:

  • Review session notes flagged in CentralReach and identify required corrections to make them billing-ready.
  • Edit and update session notes, timestamps, and related documentation in the system based on internal guidelines.
  • Communicate with RBTs and clinical team members when clarification or additional information is required.
  • Address duplicate entries, note deletions, and claim-related issues identified by the billing department.
  • Respond to internal requests from staff who need assistance correcting or updating submitted notes.
  • Follow established workflows and escalate complex issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Track completed updates and ensure documentation changes are properly finalized and approved.

Who You'll Work With:

You’ll collaborate closely with the billing department, RBTs, and clinical team members to ensure documentation meets compliance and billing standards. You will also work under the guidance of a supervisor who provides structured training, clear workflows, and ongoing oversight to help you succeed in the role.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating online systems and handling documentation updates with confidence.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to review flagged information and make precise corrections.
  • Instruction-Focused: Able to follow structured processes and apply step-by-step training consistently.
  • Independent Worker: Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks with minimal supervision once trained.
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple items at once and clearly track progress and follow-ups.
  • Experience: General work experience is required. Experience in CentralReach or familiarity with ABA services is a plus, but not necessary.
