2.5-5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven success executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally across both paid and organic channels. Agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred. Strong Technical & Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation platforms, social media schedulers, and basic reporting dashboards. Creative Eye & Executional Strength: Strong ability to produce and assess creative marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions (graphics, video, copy, and more). Strategic Awareness with Executional Focus: Must understand the “why” behind campaigns and execute with intention and precision. Highly Reliable & Self-Directed: Able to manage your workload independently while staying in close communication with leadership and meeting agreed-upon timelines. Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Experience supporting boutique marketing or fractional executive services is a plus. A portfolio of relevant digital campaign examples is encouraged.

Core responsibilities:

End-to-End Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media channels to meet client-specific objectives. Performance-Driven Content Creation: Design and deliver compelling, conversion-oriented creative assets for campaigns, including paid ads, social posts, email marketing, and landing pages. Cross-Platform Strategy Execution: Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable, multichannel digital marketing plans with minimal oversight. ​​Organic Marketing: Day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategy for organic social content across multiple client accounts. Collaborate on content planning, adapt existing creative for platform-specific formats, and actively manage audience interaction to build community and boost reach. Client Account Support: Support 2-3 client accounts with ongoing campaign management, reporting, and light strategy execution based on guidance provided by the business owner. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators, track engagement metrics, and generate reports with recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborative Implementation: Work in alignment with project timelines and internal systems, delivering polished marketing outputs while supporting broader client success goals.
