Fullstack Developer

This is a remote position.

Profitroom- Empowering hotels directly

We are currently looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our AdTech team.You will be part of a small, agile development team responsible for building advanced software for advertising, marketing, and digital operations, including internal tools and integrations with third-party ad and content providers.

Key goals and responsibilities

• Collaborate with other fullstack developers to design, develop, and maintain AdTech applications.
  
• Create and maintain internal tooling for Marketing, Digital, and AdTech teams
  
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  
• Extend and maintain an advanced CMS system.
  
• Integrate with advertising and marketing content providers.
  
• Support and fix bugs in existing AdTech systems.
  
• Participate in rapid prototyping and MVP development.
  

Requirements

• Experience with AI – both for coding assistance and integrating AI into applications.
  
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to explore new areas independently.
  
• Ability to switch quickly between smaller projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  
• Openness to learning new technologies beyond the main stack.
  
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
  
• Communicative English (writing and verbal).

Recruitment process

1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
   
2. Technical interview with Software Development Team Leader (60 minutes) 
   
3. Team fit interview (30 minutes)
