Software Developer — ServiceNow | AI | DevOps

Responsibilities

· Develop and extend ServiceNow applications

· Build workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation

· Design modern UI interfaces (React/Vue)

· Implement automated testing strategies

· Lead design discussions and code reviews

· Integrate AI services and intelligent automation features

· Optimize application performance and scalability

· Mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years software engineering experience

· 2+ years ServiceNow development

· Strong JavaScript expertise

· Modern frontend framework experience

· Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)

· DevOps practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD)

· Experience integrating AI APIs or ML services

Preferred

· ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD)

· REST/SOAP integrations

· OpenAI / Azure AI / ML experience

· Agile development environments
