Protocol Integration Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - Preference for EST based candidates

Compensation: $170K - $180K

We are a leading stablecoin infrastructure platform designed for builders. Our technology allows developers to launch customized stablecoins in minutes by extending our superior digital-dollar building block. By leveraging our framework, businesses can monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain full control over their money tech stack without the burden of operational heavy-lifting.

As a Protocol Integration Engineer, you will be a bridge between our core technology and our ecosystem partners. You will enhance our framework projects, support external technical teams, and ensure that every integration is secure, efficient, and high-performing. This is a high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys the intersection of smart contract development, partner relations, and technical education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt & Scale: Tailor existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) frameworks to meet the specific needs of external partners.
• Build Infrastructure: Maintain and enhance TypeScript-based APIs, SDKs, and Web3 infrastructure to streamline the partner experience.
• Technical Advocacy: Educate partner engineering teams on the core functionality and best practices of our integration frameworks.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in rigorous code and design reviews to ensure security and performance across all partner extensions.
• Documentation & Tooling: Write comprehensive documentation, robust test suites, and seamless deployment scripts to ensure a "plug-and-play" experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Smart Contracts: Strong programming skills in Solidity and/or Rust, with a proven track record in smart contract development.
• Full-Stack Capability: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript.
• DeFi Pedigree: Prior technical experience at an established DeFi project is required.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain messaging protocols.
• Communication: Strong technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to external stakeholders. Must be fluent in English.
