🔎 We’re Hiring: Mortgage Broker Assistant (Loan Processing + Credit Analyst)

📍 Remote | Full-Time | Australian Client

An established Australian mortgage brokerage is looking for a highly capable Mortgage Broker Assistant who can support both loan processing and credit assessment functions. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the Australian mortgage space, this could be the perfect long-term opportunity.

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
• Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
• Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
• Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity
• Stay current with lender policies and industry updates

Requirements

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
• Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
