THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled mobile developer proficient in both native Android and Flutter to work on applications with millions of downloads. You will contribute to the full app lifecycle—from architecture and development to testing and release—across both Android and Flutter-based projects. You will be part of our R&D team and collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and QA testers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
• 5+ years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)
• Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and Flutter
• Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
• Deep understanding of Android SDK (permissions, services, background tasks, etc.)
• Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp)
• Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava, AsyncTasks, Views)
• Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
• Comfortable with Android Studio, git, Firebase, and performance profiling tools
• Experience with maintaining apps on Google Play (100,000+ downloads)
• Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with iOS deployment (not required, but a bonus)
