ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Learning Manager to support our client, the International Coaching Federation.  In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of programming that supports ICF Learning and Development educational strategy including both face-to-face and virtual education events. This role focuses primarily on the management of ICF Communities of Practice and ICF Engage.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use ICF Research Department data to identify elements of ICF member/industry research that can be leveraged to produce high-quality educational offerings for coaches, clients, and businesses.
  • Manage and develop both the technology process and the content for ICF Communities of Practice to help promote their educational sessions to stakeholders and to ensure that their topics remain relevant, align with ICF strategy, and adhere to continuing education guidelines.
  • Act at the Liaison for ICF Learning and Development team for ICF Engage for Communities of Practice and additional Communities as identified. 
  • Assist various ICF branded event steering committees in identifying educational vision, goals, and objectives that will help facilitate speaker selection for their events
  • Maintain database of ICF-approved educational sessions delivered at various global events; use information to develop robust Speaker’s Bureau for ICF Chapters.
  • Manage the NEOP process for ICF Learning and Development, including the refresh of processes and content.
  • Function as lead for the ICF Annual Sale managing both content and technology needs to ensure project is complete.
  • Provide technology support for educational programming provided by ICF Family Organizations and Departments.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of three years’ experience preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of adult education methodology.
  • Working knowledge of social learning, e-Learning, and/or LMS platforms (Articulate, Crowd Wisdom and Net Forum are preferred). 
  • Communicate effectively to a globally diverse audience. 
  • Excellent time-management skills; strong ability to plan and prioritize work. 
  • Remain flexible and adaptive to changes in work environment. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
