Role: Splunk Developer Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 3 months+ (With a possibility of extension) Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Work Hours: US Time Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Costa Rica)
Must Haves:
Fix performance issues with their implementation of Splunk ITSI, tuning and performance enhancements
Next enhancements for implementation, working closely with the payer monitoring team
Get the rest of the team up to speak on knowledge transfer
Other Info: Role is Splunk ITSI add on application called IT service intelligence, adds Machine Learning, some additional dashboard and workflow capabilities, monitors insurance company transactions - this team watches those transactions, use Splunk for the visibility tooling, last year they needed ability to enhance the monitoring - it is pretty much complete (always more requirements coming)
