Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in SAP performance testing projects.
Strong background in SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash), including SD modules, BTP, and CPI iflows.
Proven expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with performance/load testing, scripting, monitoring, and analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying performance bottlenecks.
Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
